Creating Orders in the Sales Rep App (WizOrder)
Orders can be created in multiple ways, depending on your workflow stage. This guide covers all methods for creating orders in the Sales Rep App (WizOrder).
A. Creating an Order from Your Cart
The most common way to create an order is to build a cart[link to carts] and convert it.
Step-by-Step Process

Select the Customer: Before adding products, select the customer for the order (on the mobile app):

Tap the customer selector at the top of the screen

Search by customer name or account number

Select the customer from the list

Add Products to Your Cart: With the customer selected, start adding products.

From Product Listing Page (PLP):
-
Browse through the products or use filters

Click "Add to Cart."
-
Enter a quantity or click + to increase it.

From Product Detail Page (PDP):
-
Search for and open the product's detail page

Select variants (size, color, etc.) if applicable

Click "Add to Cart." Then click the + icon to adjust the quantity.

Continue adding products until the cart is complete.

Review Your Cart: Before creating the order, verify everything is correct. Check:

Product names and SKUs
-
Quantities
-
Pricing (customer-specific pricing should be applied)

Discounts (if any)
-
Line totals and order total
-

Make Changes:

Adjust quantities directly in the cart
-
Remove products if needed
-
Add more products if you missed anything

Once done, click on Create Order.

Fill in Order Details: Add the required order information before submitting.

Required and Optional Fields:

Customer Info: Customer’s name, number, email ID

Billing Address: The address used for payment and invoicing purposes.

Shipping Address: The address where the order will be delivered.
-
PO Number: Customer's purchase order number (if they provided one)

Shipment Method: Choose: Ground, Express, Freight, Pickup, or other

More: Save the order for later, copy cart, repeat order, cancel the order.

Payment Terms: Defaults to customer's account terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.), but you can change if needed

Notes: Any special instructions, delivery details, or internal comments
Billing address, shipping address, and payment terms are pulled automatically from the customer profile when available.
Create the Order

Click the Submit Order button at the bottom of the screen.

Send a copy of this order to your customer via email

This takes you to the order confirmation screen.

B. Creating an Order from a Quote
If the customer already approved a quote, you can convert it directly without rebuilding everything.

Find the Quote

Go to the Quotes page, under the Sales tab

Search by reference ID, customer name, or filter by submitted status

Open the quote
-

Verify the Quote Details: Make sure everything is still accurate.

Products and quantities
-
Pricing
-
Customer information
-
Shipping details
-

Else, click on Edit Quote to edit the quote details.

Convert to Order
-
Click the Convert to Order button.

All details are transferred automatically: products, quantities, pricing, customer information, payment terms, and notes.

Submit

Review the order summary and click Submit Order.

The order is created with the exact terms from the quote.
C. Creating an Order from a Customer Profile
Use this when you're already looking at a customer's account and want to create a new order for them.

Open the Customer Profile

Go to the Customers tab
-
Search for the customer
-
Open their profile
-

Click Create Order.

From the customer profile page, click the Create Order button.

Add Products and Submit Order
From here, the workflow is similar to creating an order from your cart.
D. Creating an Order from the Sales Tab
The Sales tab lets you quickly create orders while managing multiple customers.

Go to the Sales Tab

Tap "Sales" from the bottom navigation (Sales Rep App).

Click Create Order.

Click Create Order from the top of the page.

Select the Customer

Browse or search for the customer you want to create an order for.

Build and Submit the Order

Add products, fill in details, and submit:

This workflow is similar to creating an order from your cart.

Once submitted, the order appears in the Orders page.
