Customer Reports
The Customer Report helps you understand your buyer base — ranking customers by revenue, identifying at-risk accounts, and tracking how frequently buyers reorder. This article explains the customer leaderboard, how to identify inactive accounts, and how to export the report for use in QBR or outreach planning.

Before You Begin
- Ensure you have access to the Reports section in WizOrder.
- All metrics update in real time as you apply filters — changing the time range, customer, or rep filter immediately recalculates all data on the page.
A. View the Customer Leaderboard
The Customer Leaderboard ranks all customers by order activity, giving you a clear view of your most valuable accounts.
The four summary cards at the top give you a quick snapshot before diving into the leaderboard:
- Confirmed Order Amount: Total confirmed revenue across all customers
- Total Customers: Total number of customer accounts in the system
- Active Customers: Customers who placed at least one confirmed order in the selected period
- Average Reorder Time (in days): The average number of days between repeat purchases across all active customers (e.g., 6 days)

Customer Leaderboard (Orders)
Each row in the leaderboard represents one customer and shows:
- Customer: The customer account name
- Total Order Count: Total number of orders placed by this customer (confirmed + draft)
- Total Order Amount: The combined value of all orders placed by this customer
- Confirmed Order Count: Number of orders that have been confirmed
- Confirmed Order Amount: Total revenue from confirmed orders only
- Draft Order Amount: Value of orders still sitting in draft status
- Last Order: The date this customer last placed an order
- Average Order Amount: The average value of each order placed by this customer

B. Identify At-Risk Accounts
Use the Customer Report to spot accounts that may need attention before they go cold.
Look for the following signals:
- Time Since Last Order: Highlights customers who have not ordered recently
- Active vs. Inactive: Active means the customer placed at least one order in the selected period. Inactive means no orders were placed.
- At-Risk Flagging: Customers who previously ordered regularly but have gone quiet
Filter by Inactive to see which accounts need a follow-up call.
C. Export the Customer Report
- Click the Export button to download a PDF of the Customer Report

The downloaded file includes the leaderboard, summary metrics, and all applied filters.
Note: Similar to the Sales Report page, you can also download individual data sets by clicking the download icon next to each section.
FAQs
1. What is the difference between Active and Inactive customers in the Customer Report?
A. Active customers are those who placed at least one confirmed order in the selected time period. Inactive customers placed no orders in that period. Use the Inactive filter to identify accounts that need a follow-up.
2. How do I use the Customer Report to prioritise outreach?
A. Filter by Inactive to find accounts that haven't ordered recently. Also look at the Time Since Last Order column and At-Risk flags to identify customers who previously ordered regularly but have gone quiet.
3. Can I download the Customer Report for a specific time period?
A. Yes. Apply your preferred date range filter first, then click Export. The downloaded PDF reflects all applied filters including the selected time period, customer, and rep.
