# Explore WizPilot: AI Sales Assistant
**WizPilot** is WizCommerce's **AI Sales Assistant. It is** built into WizOrder that gives sales reps a ChatGPT-like interface to query customer data, orders, pricing, and products in natural language, then take action without navigating multiple screens. ### A. What is WizPilot?
**WizPilot** gives sales reps a chat-based interface to query customer data, surface insights, and take action in real time, right from within WizOrder. It's screen-aware, pays attention to the page you are already on, so you don't have to repeat information it can already see.
Sales reps spend too much time searching for information instead of selling. WizPilot acts as a real-time assistant embedded directly in the flow of work, helping reps get answers and complete tasks faster. No separate login or app is required.

**Access WizPilot from:**
1. **Mobile App:** In the top right corner.
2. **Web Portal:**
- **Ask WizPilot (Top Navigation):** Opens WizPilot as a right-side panel with the context of the page you are currently viewing.
- **WizPilot Side Menu → New Chat:** Opens WizPilot in a full-screen view and starts a new chat session from anywhere in WizOrder.

#### FAQs
**1. Does WizPilot require a separate login or app?**
**A.** No. WizPilot is accessible via a button on any page in WizOrder (app or web portal), no separate login is needed.
**2. Can WizPilot take action, or does it only answer questions?**
**A.** It can do both. Beyond answering questions, WizPilot can create quotes and orders, build and share product catalogs, find in-stock alternatives for unavailable items, and identify upsell opportunities; all directly from the chat interface, without navigating to separate screens or systems.
**3. How do I know WizPilot's answer is actually coming from our documents, and not made up?**
**A.** Every answer sourced from the Knowledge Base includes a citation showing exactly which document it came from, so you can verify it directly.
**4. Can I make WizPilot sound like me instead of a generic chatbot?**
**A.** Yes. Choose from seven tone options — Professional, Friendly, Casual, Concise, Formal, Witty, or Empathetic — under Base Style & Tone. You can also give WizPilot more specific instructions about how you want it to respond under Custom Instructions.
**5. Can I pick up a past conversation and keep going, or just look back at it?**
**A.** You can continue it. Reopening a conversation from History drops you back into that same thread, so you can keep chatting rather than starting over.
**6. Can I use voice-to-text with WizPilot?**
**A.** Yes. Instead of typing, you can speak and WizPilot will convert your speech to text. It doesn't speak responses back to you; output is still text-based.
