Explore Your Account and Profile
My Account and My Profile pages have been redesigned to make it easier to find your order history, company details, and sales rep information; all in one clean, consistent layout. This article walks through what's changed and where to find everything.
Platform: WizShop | Who is this for: Buyers
Before You Begin
- This update is live for all by default. There's nothing you need to turn on.
- Company details shown on your My Profile page reflect your account's existing configuration. If your company information looks incomplete or incorrect, check with your admin before raising it as an issue.
- The sales rep shown on your My Account page only appears if a rep is currently assigned to your account.
- Which specific company fields are editable versus read-only depends on your account setup, so this may look different across accounts.
A. What's Changed
The My Account and My Profile pages have been reorganized so account information, company details, and settings each have a clear, dedicated place:
- My Account now gives you a dashboard-style overview of your orders, quotes, invoices, and more, with your sales rep's contact details front and center.
- My Profile (found under Profile and Settings) now separates your personal information, company details, and saved contacts, addresses, and cards into distinct, easy-to-scan sections.
This update is live for all by default. There's nothing you need to turn on.
B. Explore the New Account Page (My Profile)
Your My Account (My Profile) page opens to a quick snapshot of your account and recent activity.

Here's what you will find:
- Your Name and Sales Rep: If a sales rep is assigned to your account, their name appears here. It's clickable, you can email them directly or view their phone number without leaving the page.

- Left-Hand Navigation: Move between sections including Dashboard, Orders, Invoices, Item History, Wishlist, and your saved payment options.

- Dashboard: Provides quick actions to jump to different sections, along with a view of your recent orders. Additional widgets can be added to this view over time.
- Every section on the page has also been redesigned to match the updated look and feel used across the rest of the site.

C. Explore the New Profile Page
My Profile (under Profile and Settings) organizes your account details into clearly labeled sections instead of one long page.

Here's what each section covers:
- Personal: Your name, email address, and phone number. You can now change your password, and edit your name and mobile number, directly from this section. This wasn't possible before.
- Company Details: Your company information, sourced from your account configuration, broken into logical sub-sections for easier reading.
- Contacts, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Cards: Fixed sections for managing the different contact and payment details tied to your account.

- Each section that supports edits has a Manage option, which lets you edit or add details for that section (subject to your account's permissions).

D. Manage Your Addresses
If your account has a large number of saved addresses, you will notice a cleaner layout here too.
- Instead of every address loading on the page at once, you will now see your 3 most recent addresses by default.

- Select View All to open a side panel showing every other saved address.
- This keeps the page fast and easy to scan, even for accounts with dozens of saved addresses.

FAQs
1. Why don't I see my sales rep on my My Account page?
A. The sales rep field only appears if a rep is currently assigned to your account. If you believe a rep should be assigned but isn't showing, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team to confirm your account setup.
2. My company details on My Profile don't match what I expect, why?
A. Company details shown here are pulled directly from your account configuration. If something looks incorrect, contact your admin or our support team to have the configuration reviewed.
3. Some fields on my Company Details section are editable, and others aren't, is that expected?
A. Yes. Each field's read-only or editable status is controlled by your account configuration, so this can vary by field and by account. If a field's permissions seem wrong, reach out to our support team.
