1. Can I undo a Magic Eraser edit if the result doesn't look right?
A. Yes. Re-open the image and apply Magic Eraser again with a smaller brush size, tracing more closely around the edges of the element. Precise tracing gives cleaner results.
2. Can I continue editing a Silo Editor image in the Lifestyle Generator?
A. Yes. Click Lifestyle Generator at the bottom right of the Silo Editor screen to switch modes and keep editing the same image in Lifestyle Genarator.
3. How do I download an image with a transparent background?
A. Select the PNG (Background removed) format when downloading. This exports a transparent PNG, handy for placing the product on different backgrounds or in other designs.
4. What resolution do Silo Editor images download at?
A. Images download at 1K resolution by default, charged at the standard 1K credit rate per download.
