Files and Asset Management
The Files section is a centralized document management area within the Sales Rep App (WizOrder) where admins can upload, organize, and manage internal and sales-related assets, all in one place.
Files can include:
- PDFs: line sheets, price sheets, and catalogs
- Videos: product demos and installation walkthroughs
- Images: marketing creatives and banners
- Other supporting sales documents
The Files section supports folder-based organization, making it easy to keep assets structured and accessible. Admins control which files and folders sales reps can see and access.
How to Access the Files Section
- On the Mobile App: Tap More at the bottom navigation and select Files

- On the Web Portal: Click Files from the left navigation sidebar

Tip: To upload any file, click on Upload , present at the top of the files page, on the wizorder app.
