The Variant Builder lets you generate product images in different colors, materials, or finishes, without a photoshoot. Upload a swatch image or pick a Pantone shade, add a prompt describing how to apply it, and WizStudio generates three variations per swatch for you to review.

From the WizStudio homepage, select Variant Builder from the left navigation panel.
B. How to Use the Variant Builder
The Variant Builder follows a three-step process: Pick a Product, Add and Apply Swatches (as images and/or Pantone shade), and generate images.
Step 1: Pick a Product
Upload the product image you want to generate variants for. Once uploaded, proceed to Add Swatches to continue.
Step 2: Add and Apply Swatches
Add swatches to define the colors, materials, or finishes you want applied to the product. You can use swatch images and Pantone shades together in the same generation, each one produces its own set of variants.
- Upload Images: Upload a photo of your swatch, fabric, material, or pattern. For example, a leather texture or a fabric sample.
- Pick a Pantone Shade: Open the color picker, select a shade from the palette or enter a hex code, and click Add Colour.
Repeat either option to add as many swatches as needed. The total swatch count is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Once your swatches are added, describe how you want the swatch applied to the product in the prompt field. For example:
- "Make one variant using each swatch."
- "Apply the swatch to the seat of the chair."
Click Generate Images.
Step 3: Review Images
Results are grouped by swatch; each group shows the swatch reference, the prompt used, and three generated images side by side. If you want to take an image further, select it and you'll be taken directly to the Lifestyle Generator to continue editing.
If the results need refinement, click Re-generate Images on the left panel, adjust your swatches or prompt, and generate again.
