How do I enable or disable Showroom Mode in WizCommerce?

Showroom Mode can be toggled on or off directly from the organizational setting. You can also update the show name from the same settings page if orders are displaying an incorrect name.


» How to update Showroom Mode settings

  1. Log in to WizOrder and navigate to Settings →Organizational Settings
  2. From Organizational Settings  go to User Management
  3. From User Management toggle Showroom Mode on or off as needed.
  4. Set up a User permission settings, and click Save
  5. Verify the update is reflected correctly on the storefront

» Things to keep in mind

  • If orders are showing an incorrect show name, update the show name in the same settings page before placing new orders
  • Always verify the storefront after making changes to confirm the update has applied correctly
