Can I update the banner or promotional text at the top of my B2B website myself?
Some website elements, like the top banner text, promotional lines, and hero images, may not be editable directly from the admin panel depending on your account configuration. Here's how to check and what to do if you need the WizCommerce team to step in.
» Check if you can edit it yourself
- Log in to the WizCommerce Admin Panel
- Navigate to the Website Customization section
- If an edit option is available for the banner or promotional text, make your changes directly and save
» If the option isn't available, send us the details
Email help@wizcommerce.com with the following:
- The updated text you'd like displayed
- The link it should point to (if applicable)
- A new image file if you're updating the hero banner
Our team will make the update and confirm once it's live.
Note: Image requirements: Please send banner images in JPG or PNG format at high resolution, avoid screenshots or compressed files as these will appear blurry on the website.
» Things to keep in mind
- Not all website elements are editable from the admin panel, some require backend changes by the WizCommerce team
- The more detail you include in your request (exact wording, link, image), the faster the update can be made
