How to delete a contact or address from WizCommerce?

You can remove a contact or address directly from the customer's profile in WizCommerce. Simply open the customer's Details Page, locate the contact or address you want to remove, and delete it from there.

» How to delete a contact

  1. Go to CRM → Customers.
  2. Open the Customer's Details Page.
  3. Navigate to Profile section.

  4. Click Edit Icon next to the contact you want to remove.

  1. Open the Customer's Details Page.
  2. Navigate to Profile section.
  3. Click Edit Icon next to the address you want to remove.

» Things to keep in mind

  • If the customer is synced with an ERP, deleting a contact or address in WizCommerce does not delete it on the ERP side. The two are managed separately, and the record may reappear on the next sync unless it's also removed at the source.
  • If you don't see a Delete option and only see Edit, reach out to our support team at help@wizcommerce.com.
