Once your products are created, use tags to label them for filtering, upload images and videos to bring them to life, and promote key items so buyers see them first. These tools work together to make your catalog easier to browse, more visually compelling, and better organised for your sales team.

Before You Begin
- Ensure you have Admin access.
- Product Management is accessible to admins only from the web portal.
- To use Product Tags, first enable the Tags feature in Organisational Settings. If you don't see this option, contact your Customer Success Manager or contact our Support Team.
A. Create and Assign Product Tags
Tags are lightweight labels used to organise, filter, and group products beyond categories and collections.
Create Product Tags
- Go to Organizational Settings → Products → Tags.
- Click + Create Tag.
- Enter a name and other details for the tag (e.g., "Clearance", "Showroom Exclusive", "Eco-Friendly", "New Release").
- Click Save.
Common tag use cases:
- New: Flag recently added products
- Clearance: Mark items for promotional pricing
- Showroom Only: Identify products available only at trade shows
- Eco-Friendly: Highlight sustainability attributes
Assign Product Tags
- Go to Product Management and open the product you want to tag.
- Click Edit to open the product's general settings.
- In the Tags field, select the product tags from the dropdown. You can add a maximum of three tags per product.
- Click Save.
- The assigned tags appear on the product card across both WizOrder and WizShop.
Note: To assign tags in bulk, use the import/export function. Open the exported sheet, go to the Tags column in the Data Sheet, and enter tag names against each product. Separate multiple tags with a comma. Only the top two tags will be visible on the product card.
B. Add Product Media (Images and Videos)
Steps to add Product Images and Videos:
- Go to Product Management and click Edit from General Settings.
- Click Upload Images and select your files. You can share a public URL or upload directly from your computer.
- Switch to the Video section to add a video. Paste a public video link or upload a file directly from your computer. Uploaded videos must be under 100MB and no longer than one minute.
- Click Save.
- Once saved, the video is visible on the product detail page.
Note: If you have multiple images, drag and drop to rearrange them. The first image in the list is saved as the primary image and appears as the main thumbnail on the product card.

1. How many tags can I assign to a single product?
A. You can assign a maximum of three tags per product. However, only the top two tags are visible on the product card in WizOrder and WizShop.
2. Can I assign tags to multiple products at once?
A. Yes. Use the import/export function to assign tags in bulk. In the exported Data Sheet, enter tag names in the Tags column against each product and separate multiple tags with a comma.
3. What is the maximum size and length supported for product media videos?
A. Uploaded videos must be under 100MB and no longer than one minute. You can also paste a public video link instead of uploading a file directly.
