Publish a Quote and Create an Order

Sales reps can publish a quote from WizOrder directly to WizShop buyers, who can then review, edit, and convert it into an order themselves; with pricing and quantities carrying over automatically.

Platform: WizOrder      |      Who is this for: Sales Reps & Buyers

To Get There: WizOrder → Quote → Publish to Website Users · WizShop → Quotes

Before You Begin

  • Publish to Website Users requires an active subscription. If you don't see this option in your three-dot menu, check with your Customer Success Manager.
  • The customer must have at least one WizShop (website) user account linked to their profile to use this feature.
  • This is a separate channel from emailing a quote. You can still send quotes the traditional way — publishing to website users doesn't replace that option.

A. What Is Publish to Website Users?

When you are working on a quote in WizOrder, you have two ways to get it to your customer:

  • Submit Quote: The traditional flow. Send the quote to the customer's email, adding or editing recipient addresses as needed. This marks the quote as Submitted.
  • Publish to Website Users: Sends the quote directly into your customer's WizShop account, so their buyers can view, edit, and convert it into an order themselves, without any back-and-forth over email.

This gives buyers a self-serve way to act on a quote instead of waiting on a rep to manually re-enter it as an order.
