Reports, Metrics, and What They Tell You

The Reports section in WizCommerce gives you real-time visibility into how your business is performing, across sales, customers, products, and your team. Whether you're tracking revenue trends, identifying your top customers, or evaluating rep performance, everything is in one place.

Reports are organized into four tabs: Sales, Customers, Product, and Team. All four support the same set of filters, so you can slice the data any way you need.

B. Sales Report

The Sales tab gives you an overview of order and quote performance across your business.

Key Metrics:

Metric What it Shows
Confirmed Order Amount Total revenue from confirmed orders in the selected time range
Confirmed Order Count Number of confirmed orders placed
Average Confirmed Order Value Average value per confirmed order (Confirmed Order Amount ÷ Confirmed Order Count)
Quote Converted Amount Total revenue from quotes successfully converted into orders
Quote Converted Count Number of quotes converted into orders
Quote Pending Conversion Number of open quotes not yet converted

Order Summary by Month breaks down each month, showing Total Order Count, Total Order Amount, Confirmed Order Count, Confirmed Order Amount, Draft Order Count, and Draft Order Amount, helping you track seasonality, pipeline movement, and draft-to-confirmed progression over time.

B. Customers Report

The Customers tab focuses on buyer activity and revenue concentration, helping you identify your most valuable accounts, spot dormant customers, and understand buying patterns.

Key Metrics:

Metric What it Shows
Confirmed Order Amount Total revenue generated across all customers
Total Customers Total number of customer accounts in the system
Active Customers Customers who placed at least one confirmed order in the selected time range
Average Reorder Time Average number of days between repeat purchases for active customers

Customer Leaderboard ranks all customers by activity, showing:

  • Total Order Count and Amount
  • Confirmed Order Count and Amount
  • Draft Order Amount
  • Last Order Date

This helps you quickly identify top revenue contributors, customers with high draft activity but low conversion, and accounts that haven't ordered in a while.

C. Product Report

The Product tab gives you SKU and catalog-level performance insights — showing which products are selling, how much revenue they're generating, and where your catalog is concentrated.

Key Metrics:

Metric What it Shows
Total Products Number of base products in the catalog
Total SKUs Total sellable variants across all products
Qty Sold Total units sold in the selected time range

Top Sellers Table breaks down performance by SKU, showing Product Name, SKU ID, Category, Quantity Sold, Value Sold, and Order Count, helping you identify high-performing SKUs, track revenue concentration by product, and understand category contribution to total sales.

D. Team Report

The Team tab measures individual sales rep performance — useful for evaluating territory productivity, quote conversion efficiency, and overall team contribution.

Team Leaderboard breaks down performance by rep, showing:

Column What it Shows
All Customers Total customers assigned to the rep
Active Customers Customers who placed at least one confirmed order
Largest Order The highest value order closed by the rep
Confirmed Order Count Total number of confirmed orders
Confirmed Order Amount Total revenue from confirmed orders
Quote Converted Count Number of quotes successfully converted to orders
Quote Converted Amount Total revenue from converted quotes

Use this to evaluate revenue per rep, customer activation rates, quote-to-order efficiency, and territory productivity.

E. Filtering Reports

All four report tabs support the same set of filters, letting you drill into exactly the data you need.

Available Filters:

  • Time Range: Set a custom date range for all metrics
  • Location: Filter by shipping or billing country, state, or city
  • Customer: Narrow results to a specific customer account
  • Rep Associated: Filter by a specific sales rep
  • Price List: See performance under a specific pricing tier
  • Category / Subcategory: Filter by product category
