Invite your team to WizStudio, assign the right level of access, and manage members from one place, so everyone can collaborate on catalog imagery without needing separate accounts


A. Invite team members to WizStudio

You can invite your team member to the AI Catalog and Image generation platform (WizStudio) for collaborative efforts.

  • Click the Settings icon at the bottom left of the pagestudio team 1

     
  • Go to Invitations

  • Enter the team member's email address (only work email ID) and set their role, Admin or Member

  • Click Invite studio team 2

The invitation is sent immediately. You can view all pending and sent invitations on the same page. studio team 5


B. Change a Team Member's Role

You can change a team member's role in the members section.

  • Click the Settings icon and go to Members

  • Find the team member whose role you want to update

  • Select the new role from the dropdown, Admin or Memberstudio team 4

  • The role updates immediately
