Why do I have to complete 2FA every time I log in?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required each time you log out and log back in to your account. 

» Why does this keep happening?

Logging out ends your session completely. On your next login, WizCommerce will need to confirm your identity, which is why 2FA is prompted again.

Staying logged in is the easiest way to avoid repeated verification requests.


» What should my team do?

Team members who log in and out frequently should expect to complete 2FA each time. Where possible, staying logged in when stepping away, rather than logging out, will help reduce interruptions.

Note: WizCommerce does not currently offer an option to skip or delay 2FA at a per-user or account level.
