Why SKUs/products are missing from B2B website?
If a product exists in WizCommerce but isn't showing up on your B2B website (WizShop), it's usually due to one of these settings - not a bug. Check them in this order:
» How to fix it
- Pricelist Assignment: The SKU may not be toggled "on" for the pricelist assigned to that customer. Go to Product Tool → Open the Product → Pricing Section, and confirm the SKU is included in the relevant tier.
- WizShop Visibility Setting: The product may be hidden from the storefront via either its Channel Settings (WizShop channel toggle, on the product's management page) or its Website Display Setting (via Import/Export, set to "Don't show" or "Show for logged-in users only"). Both control the same outcome. Check whichever one your team manages.
- ERP-side "Sell on Website" Flag: If your ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, etc.) is integrated, it likely has its own flag controlling whether a product syncs to WizCommerce as web-visible. If this flag is off at the source, the product won't reach WizCommerce as web-eligible regardless of any setting inside the Admin Portal. Check with whoever manages your ERP product data.
- Silent Import/Export Failure: If you recently updated this product via a spreadsheet, a slightly mismatched column header (e.g.
SKU_IDinstead ofSKU ID) can cause the file to fail validation without showing an error. Re-export a fresh template and compare headers before re-uploading. - If none of the above resolves it, reach out to our support team at help@wizcommerce.com with the SKU and a screenshot of what you are seeing, so we can check further.
» Things to keep in mind
- These checks are independent; a product can pass one and still be hidden by another.
- None of these hide the product permanently; its data, pricing, and history stay intact until the setting is changed back.
