WizPilot: New Chat
WizPilot is the built-in AI sales assistant available within WizOrder, and New Chat is where every session with it begins. Type your question, or pick one of the suggested prompts, and WizPilot gives you an answer or takes action based on it. It's also screen-aware; WizPilot pays attention to the page you are already on, so you don't have to repeat information it can already see.
This article covers where to start a new WizPilot session, how the proactive brief works, and how to use action chips to get answers without typing.

A. What is New Chat?
New Chat starts a fresh WizPilot session — whether that's the side panel that opens as you work or a dedicated full-screen chat for deeper questions.
This makes New Chat useful in a few different moments: getting a quick answer without leaving the page you are on, catching up on what needs follow-up before you start your day, or opening a longer conversation to build a report, draft an email, or work through a task in more detail.
B. Where to Find New Chat
You can start a new WizPilot session from two places:
- Ask WizPilot (Top Navigation): Opens WizPilot as a right-side panel with the context of the page you are currently viewing. Whether you are in Sales, Products, Customers, or any other module, WizPilot automatically understands your current page and provides context-aware assistance.

-
WizPilot Side Menu → New Chat: Opens WizPilot in a full-screen view and starts a new chat session from anywhere in WizOrder.

C. Suggested Prompts
When you open WizPilot from the top navigation, it offers contextual prompts based on the page you are on, your recent session activity, or your proactive brief. Select a prompt and WizPilot runs that query immediately, no need to type anything. For example, if you are on the Orders page, it will show prompts related to orders.

Tip: Click Browse All Prompts to see entire prompt library - org level.
D. Screen-Aware Context
WizPilot pays attention to the page you are already on, so you don't have to repeat information it can already see.
For example, open WizPilot from an order detail page and just ask, "What's the payment status on this?" You won't need to type an order number. WizPilot already knows which order you mean, because it read that from the page. For example: WC_00072 (Order ID) -

This works the same way anywhere in WizOrder — a customer profile, a report, a product listing, or a cart. Whatever page you are on, WizPilot starts the conversation already knowing what you are looking at.
FAQs
1. Can I use voice-to-text with WizPilot?
A. Yes. Instead of typing, you can speak and WizPilot will convert your speech to text. It doesn't speak responses back to you; output is still text-based.
2. What's the difference between opening WizPilot from the top nav versus the side menu?
A. The top nav opens WizPilot as a side panel that already knows what page you are on. The side menu's New Chat opens WizPilot as a full-screen chat, from wherever you are in WizOrder.
3. If I open WizPilot from a customer profile, can I still ask about something unrelated, like a different order?
A. Yes. Screen-aware context means WizPilot already knows what you are looking at, but it doesn't limit what you can ask. You can bring up anything else in the same conversation.
