WizStudio: Projects

This article shows you how to review, accept, and download multiple images at once from a Project in WizStudio, instead of downloading each image one at a time.

Platform: WizStudio      |      Who is this for: WizStudio users, Marketing & Catalog Teams

To get there: WizStudio → Projects → [your project]

Table of Contents

Before You Begin

  • Projects is different from Collections. Collections organizes generated images by client or brand across your entire History. Projects is the review workflow for a specific batch of images, moving them from Pending through Accepted and into Downloads.
  • Confirm your credit balance before downloading. Each image uses one credit and you are only charged the first time you download it.
  • When you download images in bulk, they are downloaded at standard resolution. If you need 4K, download images individually or ask WizCommerce team to prepare the 4K files for you.

A. How Projects Are Created

Projects are created as part of WizCommerce's Done-For-You (DFY) service. You provide the image links, dimensions, settings, and other product details, and AI Creative Specialists from the WizStudio DFY team create the images on your behalf.

Once ready, these images are organized inside the Projects section, where you can review, accept, and download the ones that meet your requirements. DFY currently supports image generation only.

B. Track Images Through a Project

Each Project groups the products you have uploaded together with the images generated for them, so you can filter and work through a batch without digging through your full History.

Inside a project, images move through four states:

  • Pending: Newly generated images waiting for your review.
  • Accepted: Images you have approved and are ready to download.
  • Rejected: Images you have declined and won't be using.
  • Downloaded: Images you have already exported to your computer.

You can also mark a product as Closed once you are done with it, which keeps your project tidy as you work through a large batch.

FAQs

1. Am I charged credits every time I download the same image?

A. No. Credits are only charged the first time an image is downloaded. If a file didn't save properly and you need to download it again from the Downloads tab, you won't be charged a second time.

2. Can I bulk download images in 4K?

A. Bulk downloads export at standard resolution because higher resolutions require an extra upscaling step. If you need 4K images, download them individually, or reach out to your WizCommerce contact, who can prepare the 4K files for you.

3. What's the difference between the Projects tab and Collections?

A. Collections is for organizing images by client or brand across your full History. Projects is the working queue for a specific batch; images move through Pending, Accepted, and Downloaded as you review them.

4. Is there a faster way to work through a large batch of images?

A. Yes. Review and accept images as you go, then use Select All in the Accepted tab to download everything in one batch at the end, rather than downloading each image individually.
