AI Co-Workers are standalone, agentic workflows designed to automate specific wholesale jobs from end to end.
Each AI Co-Worker takes responsibility for a clearly defined piece of work, such as order entry, quote creation, data cleanup, or follow-ups, and executes it automatically within the WizCommerce platform. They operate on top of WizCommerce's core products and are deeply integrated into real wholesale workflows.
The goal is to automate manual tasks, freeing your team to focus on higher-value work.

Available AI Co-Workers
WizCommerce currently offers two AI Co-Workers integrated into your platform:
AI Order Entry Assistant
Reads incoming orders from emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned documents, or images and converts them into clean, structured, ERP-ready orders. Automatically handles data extraction, normalization, and validation without manual re-keying.
Why it matters: Order entry is one of the biggest sources of manual effort and errors in wholesale. The AI Order Entry Assistant removes this operational bottleneck and eliminates the need for constant fixing and cleanup.
AI Sales Copilot
Allows sales reps to interact with customer data, orders, pricing, and products through a chat-based interface. Reps can ask questions, surface insights, and take action, such as checking order history, finding products, generating recommendations, or preparing follow-ups, without navigating multiple screens or systems.
Why it matters: Sales reps spend too much time searching for information instead of selling. The AI Sales Copilot acts as a real-time assistant, helping reps get answers and complete tasks faster, directly in the flow of their work.

Email Link: Click the review link in the order processing email to view extracted order details.
