2. What formats can Ella read?
A. Ella can read incoming documents in any format — emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned documents, images, and attachments. Ella extracts structured data automatically regardless of how the customer sent the PO, including when customers use their own non-standard SKUs or product descriptions.
3. Does Ella submit orders automatically, or does someone need to review them first?
A. Orders are confirmed / approved by an Admin before they are finalized. Ella flags incomplete or inconsistent data ahead of time so reviewers know exactly what to check.
