How do I download WizPilot results?

You can download the full set of results WizPilot pulls for you, not just the records shown on the first page. To do this, ask WizPilot in the chat to download the results once they appear.

» How to download your results

1. Ask WizPilot your question and wait for the results to appear.
2. In the same chat, ask WizPilot to download the results. For example: “Download the open orders containing this SKU as an Excel file.”
3. WizPilot shows you a preview of the file. Check that all the records you need are included.
4. Download the file. 

» Choose a file format

By default, WizPilot downloads results as a PDF. To get a different format, mention it in your request. You can choose:

• Excel
• CSV
• Word

For example: “Download these results as a CSV file.”

• The download includes all the records WizPilot pulled, even if the chat only shows the first page of results.
• Always check the preview before downloading, to make sure the data looks right.
