How do I manage 2FA (two-factor authentication) for my WizCommerce account?
When you log in to WizCommerce, you may be asked to verify your identity by entering a code sent to your email. This is called two-step verification (also known as 2FA) and it is there to keep your account secure.
» Why does it ask me to verify every time I log in?
Every time you fully log out of WizCommerce and log back in, the system will ask you to verify your identity again. This is completely normal.
The simplest way to avoid this is to stay logged in instead of logging out each time. When you are done for the day, just close the browser or app rather than clicking Log Out.
» What should my team know?
If your team members log out and back in regularly, they should expect to go through the verification step each time. Let them know to keep an eye on their email inbox for the verification code when logging in.
Note: There is currently no option to turn off or skip the two-step verification in WizCommerce.
