How do I reset my WizStudio password?

If you have forgotten your WizStudio password, you can reset it from the WizStudio login page using the email address linked to your account.

» How to reset your password

• On the WizStudio login page, click Forgot Password?
• Enter the email address linked to your account.
• Open the password reset email and click the link.
• Enter a new password, confirm it, and save.

» Didn’t receive the reset email?

If you don’t receive the password reset email, check the following:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder: the reset email may have been filtered there.
• Verify your email address: make sure you entered the email address registered with your WizStudio account.
• Confirm your account is active: if your WizStudio account is inactive or expired, you may not receive a password reset email.
