Product Reports

The Product Report tracks how individual products, categories, and collections are performing — helping you identify what's selling, what needs attention, and how to plan inventory more effectively.

A. View Product Rankings

The ranking table is sortable by revenue (default), quantity sold, or order count. Each entry shows: product 1 (1)

Top Sellers

The Top Sellers table shows your best-performing products ranked by how much they've sold within your selected filters.

Each row in the table shows:

  • Image: a thumbnail of the product so you can identify it at a glance
  • Product Name: the name of the product
  • SKU ID: the specific variant or SKU that was sold
  • Category: the product category it belongs to
  • Qty Sold: total units sold for that SKU
  • Value Sold: total revenue generated, color-coded in green (darker green = higher revenue, making your top earners easy to spot instantly)
  • Order Count: how many orders included this product
  • Customers Who Ordered: how many unique customers purchased it

Note:

  • The same product can appear more than once if it has multiple SKUs — for example, the Handmade Beaded Chandelier appears twice because two different variants (VANJADE and COKE) are tracked separately.
  • A high Qty Sold with a low Order Count often means a single large bulk order — worth checking before concluding demand.
  • A high number of customers who ordered (like Aaron Dining Chair with 176) signals broad, consistent demand across your customer base, very different from a one-off large order.

B. Track Category and Collection Performance Product 2 (1)

Sales by Category

The Sales by Category table breaks down your product performance by category and sub-category. Instead of looking at individual products, this view helps you understand which parts of your catalog are driving the most activity.

Each row shows a category and sub-category pair with the following columns:

  • Category: The top-level product grouping (e.g., Cushions, Rugs, Furniture)
  • Sub Category: The specific collection or line within that category (e.g., Evan Osiris, Sierra, Temara)
  • Qty Sold: Total units sold within that sub-category
  • Customers Who Ordered: How many unique customers placed orders in this sub-category
  • Confirmed Order Count: Number of orders that have been confirmed, shown with a visual bar for quick comparison
  • Confirmed Order Amount: Total revenue from confirmed orders
  • Draft Order Count: Number of orders still in draft state
  • Draft Order Amount: Total value of orders not yet confirmed

The table shows 58 rows in total, meaning you can scroll through the full list to see every category and sub-category combination.

Sales by Collection

The Sales by Collection table shows the same breakdown as Sales by Category, but grouped by collection instead. This is useful when your catalog is organized around product lines or themed groups rather than just categories.

Each row shows:

  • Collection: The collection name (e.g., Living Room Furniture, Couture Lighting)
  • Qty Sold: Total units sold within that collection
  • Customers Who Ordered: Unique customers who placed orders from this collection
  • Confirmed Order Count: Confirmed orders with a visual bar indicator
  • Confirmed Order Amount: Total revenue from confirmed orders
  • Draft Order Count: Orders still in draft
  • Draft Order Amount: Total value of unconfirmed orders

Note:

  • Collections like Living Room Furniture (3,167 units, 15 customers) show strong volume from a relatively small customer base, a sign that a few key accounts are driving most of the demand.

  • Use Sales by Collection alongside Sales by Category to get a complete picture; some products may belong to a high-performing collection but a slow-moving category, or vice versa.
