Which ERPs does Ella integrate with?

Native integrations include NetSuite, QuickBooks, Epicor Kinetic, Insql, Odoo, Sage, Navision, Business Central, JD Edwards, and Syspro. For ERPs without a prebuilt connector, the Forward Deployed Engineering team builds the integration via API or FTP during onboarding.

» What the integration actually does

When Ella processes a PO and the rep submits the draft, Ella pushes a clean, validated Sales Order directly into your ERP. The integration also works in the other direction: Ella pulls live data from your ERP to validate each order as it is being processed. This includes:

• Customer Master Data: To match the buyer on the PO to the correct account
• Pricelist and Contract Pricing: To apply the correct price on each line
• Inventory Availability: To check stock and flag back-orders or blocked lines
• MOQ / IOQ Rules: To enforce quantity requirements before submission

This means every draft order Ella produces is already validated against your live ERP data before the rep reviews it.

• For ERPs not on the native list, the engineering team assesses the integration requirements on a technical call before onboarding begins. API and FTP-based connections are both supported.
• Ella can also connect to two separate systems at once . For example, pulling customer data from one and pushing orders into another.
