Why can't I switch between companies on the WizCommerce main page?
The "switch company" option only appears when a sales reps uses the same email address to log in to multiple companies on WizCommerce. If that's the case, they can switch between companies easily from the main page.
If the representative signed up for each company using a different email address, the switch option will not show up. They would need to log out and log back in separately for each company.
This is most likely why the option has stopped appearing.
» What you can do
- Check if the representative's accounts across all companies are using the same email address.
- If they are using different email addresses, they will need to log in to each company separately.
