How do I update a customer's billing address?
Billing addresses can be updated directly from the Admin Panel. Here is how to do it.
» How to update a billing address
- Log in to the WizOrder
- Go to Customers and search for the customer whose billing address needs to be updated
- Open the customer profile, click the three-dot action menu at the top, select Edit, and scroll to the billing address fields
- Update the details and Save
- Confirm the change with the customer
» Things to keep in mind
- If your account is synced with an ERP, the billing address may be overwritten during the next sync. Update the address in your ERP as well to make the change permanent
- Updating the billing address on a customer profile does not affect orders that have already been placed
