How do I update a customer's billing address?

Billing addresses can be updated directly from the Admin Panel. Here is how to do it.


» How to update a billing address

  1. Log in to the WizOrder
  2. Go to Customers and search for the customer whose billing address needs to be updated
  3. Open the customer profile, click the three-dot action menu at the top, select Edit, and scroll to the billing address fields
  4. Update the details and Save
  5. Confirm the change with the customer

» Things to keep in mind

  • If your account is synced with an ERP, the billing address may be overwritten during the next sync. Update the address in your ERP as well to make the change permanent
  • Updating the billing address on a customer profile does not affect orders that have already been placed
