How to update the New Arrivals section on your B2B website?

Your B2B website has a New Arrivals collection, this is just a group of products you have handpicked to highlight on your website. Whatever products you put in this collection will show up in that section of your website. You are in full control of what goes in and out, and you can update it any time from your WizOrder Admin access.


» How to update the New Arrivals section

To remove a product from New Arrivals

  1. Log in to the WizOrder as an Admin
  2. Go to the Product tool (from left side bar) Product Management 
  3. Find the product you want to remove from the New Arrival Collection
  4. Navigate to Classification, click Edit.
  5. Then in the Collection tile, click +Add, uncheck the New Arrival  collection and click Done.

To add a product to New Arrivals

  1. Go to the Product tool (from left side bar) Product Management 
  2. Go to Classification → Collection → +Add
  3. Check the  "New Arrivals" collection tag to that product
  4. Click Done  to save the changes

Once saved, the New Arrivals section on your website will update automatically. Allow a few minutes for the changes to appear on the live site.


» Is there a limit on how many products I can add?

There is no strict limit on how many products you can have in the New Arrivals collection. That said, keeping the selection small and focused tends to look best for your buyers.

» Tips for managing your New Arrivals section

  • Review and refresh the section regularly, a stale "New Arrivals" section with old products can undermine buyer trust
  • Keep the selection focused, 8 to 12 products is a good range for most B2B websites
  • If changes aren't showing up after a few minutes, try clearing your browser cache before assuming something is wrong
