Quick answers to common questions about generating, editing, and downloading lifestyle images.

1. How many variations does WizStudio generate per scene?

A. Every time you click Generate Variations, WizStudio creates five variations for the scene. If none of them are quite right, adjust your scene description and generate again.

2. Do I use credits every time I generate an image?

A. No, generating is free and unlimited. You are only charged credits when you download. The cost depends on the resolution you pick: 1K uses 1 credit, 2K uses 1 credit, 4K uses 2 credits, and 8K uses 2.5 credits.

3. Can I reuse a line drawing I created on other product images?

A. Yes. After creating a line drawing, click the + icon to save it as a preset. You can then apply that saved preset to other images in WizStudio instead of drawing it again.

4. What image formats and resolutions can I download?

A. You can download in PNG, JPG, or WebP, at 1K, 2K, 4K, or 8K. Choose the format and resolution you want in the download window before you confirm.

5. Why doesn't the product category match my product?

A. WizStudio detects the category automatically when you upload an image. If it picked the wrong one, just change it manually from the category dropdown before you generate.

6. Not sure what scene to describe?

A. Type a few key details into the prompt box and click Enhance Scene. WizStudio turns them into a full scene description. You can also pick from the suggested scenes shown for your product category.
